The World Centers of Compassion for Children Italia (WCCCI) is a global organization dedicated his mission to protecting, reinforcing, and advocating for the rights and well-being of children, particularly those living in areas affected by war, violence, poverty, and environmental disasters.
Founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Betty Williams, the WCCCI operates with the belief that compassion, practical action are the cornerstones of building a just and peaceful world.

    Establishing centers of peace and support for children, providing shelter, education, healthcare, and emotional care to those most vulnerable.
  • Advocacy and Awareness:
    Amplifying the voices of children and advocating for policies that protect their rights and ensure their future.
  • Promoting Peace Education:
    Encouraging a culture of peace through education, fostering empathy, nonviolence, and global citizenship among younger generations.
  • Emergency Assistance:
    Offering immediate support and resources to children and communities in crisis zones, with a focus on rebuilding lives and providing hope. The WCCCI’s overarching vision is to create a world where every child can live free from fear, enjoy their fundamental rights, and reach their full potential as contributors to a compassionate and peaceful society.
